We now include the functionality for you to control your outgoing transactional emails to your customers.

Add the sales order variables (first name, order number etc) by choosing from the available list to get the essential information over, before using our  simple HTML editor to create images and add sales or customer service messages to each stage of the communication.

You can then allocate each of these emails to any stage of the order process (received, packed, shipped etc) and even add internal admin emails to keep your internal processes running smoothly.
