Editing images with AviaryeCommerce sites demand good quality images. From perfect pixel product photography, to sharp banners and graphics – the look and feel can quickly become everything. So we’ve made editing images a whole lot easier.

It is oh so common that a client creates a 600×200 banner image in Photoshop (or Microsoft Paint!) only to find that the web site asks for a more cropped 500×180 image. Rushed for time, they upload it anyway and hope the squished text and crappy pixels won’t be spotted by the shopper.

Well squish no more.

We have integrated the Aviary software for editing images (used with such amazing software as MailChimp and Flickr) into our eCommerce platform to make your editing life easier.

Slick Image Manipulation

Using this feature, you can get creative and apply beautiful filters to any image you’ve uploaded. Give it that Instagram feel, warm up the pale red tones or increase the contrast ratios.

No need to reopen your Photoshop

You can also crop, chop and give your image new dimensions without having to reopen Photoshop and edit the picture. A neat grid allows you to get a feel for the new sizing before you crop, or you can edit the actual pixel dimensions if ultimate accuracy is required.

Fix your Images

Adjust the brightness and contrast, annotate text over the image and apply a high definition fix to make your images truly stand out. This tool really is a versatile addition to our eCommerce platform allowing you to work quickly and with confidence.
